This is it—my favorite album of the year! Head Body Connector by Psymon Spine has been my go-to LP for just about anything. When I go for a run, it gets me pumped. When I’m chilling, it makes me vibe. When I’m cooking, it’s the perfect soundtrack for chopping garlic.
Everything they’ve put out before this felt like it was leading up to Head Body Connector. Their sound has polished and matured in a way that makes it feel like they’re truly carving out their own lane.
At the end of the day, this album just sounds really good. So many moments across so many tracks hit just right. Be the Worm.
